the "Jo" quilt

my super-secret-project revealed....

Insanity III (yep, the THIRD)

half inch hexagons

generic homespun background

Centennial Turkey Red by Judie Rothermel

and ALL the other hexagons are Jo Morton fabrics

am working on this project for 8 hours a week, but a lot of the time it's just boring prep....tacking the hexagons to the paper

will post another picture when there is some noticeable growth

this really is beautiful I work with one inch hexagons and they are tricky enough but half inch?? You are a star. I actually enjoy the prep too, the paper and tacking the templates....

That's a wonderful quilt, though I made one ornament with that size and decided that was enough. LOL Now I want to see the others! Were they that tiny, too?
